Due to innovations in our manufacturing process, we are now able to make a more concentrated product, which delivers the same amount of the key Omega-3s, EPA and DHA, as before but in 3 softgels per day. Therefore, the recommended daily intake of our softgels has been adjusted from four softgels to three. If you are on blood thinning medication, pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use.
